Ritsurin park is one of the most beautiful landscape gardens in japan. It was built by the local feudal lords over a time span of more than 100 years during the punctual edo era. It is within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. (0907ys) the hotel is a whitish modern concrete building. The hotel is located in takamatsu, kagawa prefecture in shikoku where southwest of honshu. It takes about 1 hour from tokyo by air. From okayama, there is speedy train and it takes about 1 hour.
